Nancy Banner has been practicing law since 1989, when first admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Since moving to Florida in 1999, she has become a board-certified real estate attorney with her own practice, Nancy C. Banner, P.A., where she specializes in real estate law, title work, and closings.
In 2003, Nancy served as General Counsel to the Clerk of Palm Beach County. Prior to that, she was Senior Counsel with Holland and Knight, LLP from 1999 to 2002 and Assistant General Counsel with Consolidated Rail Corporation from 1993 to the time of its acquisition in 1999.
In the local community, Nancy currently serves as a Commissioner to the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. She is also a Board Member for the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association. She is a past Board Member and Bylaws Chairperson to the Board of Directors for the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, and member of the Membership Committee of Mirasol Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens.
On the charitable front, Nancy has been very active with the public television station WXEL’s Garnet Society and chaired the charity's annual fundraising luncheon from approximately 2008 through 2012. She is a past Chairwoman of the Red Cross Polo Luncheon and the Angels of Charity annual gala.
Nancy received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University.
